Consulting

Websites, counsel, and AI with a record.

Jimmer takes a short list of engagements: a site that has to work, a system that has to be explainable, or an AI path that has to show its work.

Websites

A site is a system with a public face. We build the face and the machinery: content that a human can edit, forms that don’t pretend they sent mail, auth when the product actually has accounts, and a deploy you can explain.

Consulting

On your stack, not a slide every other Thursday. We read the ground, wire a working system, and leave the record. If Portwright is the wrong crew, Jimmer will say so before the invoice.

AI systems

Routing, supervised swarms, and fine-tuning only where a measured gap exists. Every expensive step should be able to show its score, its reason, and a replay. If it can’t, it doesn’t ship.

The current account is a shop, not a slide: site, weekly social, ads, promotions, and merch, at the volume they choose.

The account

Ideas already on the bench

Not a manifesto. These are the moves the public site and the three repos already make.

  1. 01

    Spend the model last

Conforming work takes a deterministic fast path at zero model cost. Harder cases escalate through scored gates. That pattern is already how the claims engine routes — and how a merch line should decide whether a picture is worth a paid render.

  2. 02

The human is the publish bit

TeeEmpire’s Flask gate, Portrender’s approve key, ClemTock’s export. AI proposes. An operator disposes. Social posts draft. Live is a flag you type, not a default you discover on Monday.

  3. 03

    One bench, three handoffs

Portrender does not have a store. It hands approved art to TeeEmpire for print and to ClemTock for the talking cut. The pioneering move is the seam: brand facts travel with the file, so the next tool doesn’t re-invent the prompt.

  4. 04

Local when the work allows it

ClemTock’s cartoon path runs offline. Self-hosted models stay behind a security and reporting layer — the same instinct as Local81’s runbooks. Privacy is a deployment choice, not a paragraph in a pitch.

  5. 05

    Proof you can hand over

Append-only history, dry-run transcripts, and a runbook the next operator can read. Trust is the artifact, not the relationship.

  6. 06

    Port the hard engine

The public EDI work speaks X12, not one industry’s dialect. The offer to shipping and logistics is the same idea as the software: same rigor, your transaction sets. We port the engine. We don’t rename your problem.
